SCiLS (Scientific Computing in Life Sciences)

SCiLS is a branch of Bruker Daltonik GmbH.
SCiLS was founded in 2012 as a spin-off of ZeTeM by Dr. Dennis Trede, Prof. Dr. Peter Maaß und Dr. Theodore Alexandrov and was awarded with the Bremischen Gründerpreis in 2015.
In January 2017, SCiLS was acquired from Bruker Daltonik GmbH.

SCiLS develops and markets the software SCiLS Lab and SCiLS Cloud. These softwares allow the statistical analysis, interpretation and visualization of imaging mass spectrometry data like e.g. MALDI imaging.
