Bild des Projekts #MOIN - LC-MS Peak Analyzer This project on peak detection and quantification of LC-MS spectra is being carried out by the Inverse Problems and Image Processing working group in cooperation with Bruker. It illustrates how even technologies with a high Technology Readiness Level (TRL) can benefit from mathematical research and its transfer into practice. Specifically, this project aims to advance the development of new machine learning methods for precise peak quantification in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and develop them to application maturity.
