AG Inverse Problems and Imaging
Administration: Prof. Dr. Dirk Lorenz

Our Group
The Inverse Problems and Imaging group is dedicated to research and development of methods for solving inverse problems. Inverse problems refer to the challenge of inferring the underlying causes or structures from observed data.
The focus of our working group is on
- Inverse Problems
- Convex Optimization
- Kaczmarz Methods
- Optimal Transport
- Machine Learning

Oberseminar
In each semester we host an oberseminar with topics from mathematical imaging, inverse problems, convex optimization, machine learning and other topics. Currently the seminar is online on Zoom every Thursday from 12:30 to 14:00.
You will find an overview of past and future lectures here.
